We will go through your medical history, have a relaxed discussion, where you can express any concerns, ask any questions and receive advice. Diet and lifestyle changes will be discussed to suit your individual goals and lifestyle.
We will establish an action plan
It is advised that a follow up consultation is made within 4-6 weeks to asses progress and make tweaks to the plan, if necessary.
